The Indian Government is going to impose rules so that hereafter mobiles from China are to be stopped. Around 8 lakh such phones from China without IMEI (INTERNATIONAL MOBILE EQUIPMENT IDENTITY) number are reaching every month to India. These are very poor in quality and they are cheaper compared to regular phones. Without IMEI Number, many anti-elements are using such phones to evade from clutches of law. BEAT THE HEAT IN SUMMER TIPS
Even in the month of June, the weather is very hot with very high humidity. Though many of us prefer to stay indoors, one cannot totally avoid sun and has to step out at some point or the other. There are heat related illnesses that can strike during summer. Under extreme heat one may even suffer heat stroke where a person’s body temperature gets exceeding high, due to dehydration or body’s inability to sweat properly. This condition occurs according to Doctors, when a person’s cooling system halts working and the temperature rises to a point, where the brain or other internal organs may get damaged. According to Dr. who suggests when symptoms like an absence of sweating, a rapid pulse rate, one should be very careful. Heat strokes starts with headache, muscle pain, dizziness and in extreme case liver failure. During summer, people tend to eat out and consume artificially flavoured cold drinks. It would do well if plenty of natural liquids such as water, cucumber juice, amla and lemon juice are taken. If you have some holidays go to a Hill Station and spend the holidays.
AC Maintenance
A 1 ½ year baby died in Chitlapakkam on the outskirts of City due to sparks from a faulty air conditioner that led to fire. According to Police, Shanmugam lives in MMDA Nagar with his wife Valli an income tax official and two children- Nagarajan(8 years) and Monish (18 months). On 2nd June Valli and her children went to bed with AC and fan running. Some time during night the bed caught fire may be some sparks from AC. Valli and Nagarajan woke up and felt very uneasy to breath and started crying. Some of the neighbours heard their cries rushed and broke open the door and brought out fire. By then Monisha had suffocated to death. Lack of periodic maintenance of AC can prove disasters. Emphasizing the need for safety one can preset the AC so that it switches off automatically without running all night. It is better to clean the filter once every 15 days. A trained technician can clean the cooling ocil every 3 months when dust accumulates, heat transfer decreases when AC has to run longer. Most flats are not equipped to take the heavy power load when using an AC. A trip off switch can ensure safety in case of a short circuit.

My favorite fruit - Mango
My favorite fruit is Mango. During summer mangoes are available in plenty. But we have to choose them correctly. Nowadays calcium carbide is resorted in mango ripening. Green mangoes are kept along with calcium carbide in godowns so that they ripen faster within two days. Then they are sold to shopkeepers. A fruit seller in Besant Nagar pointing a heap of mangoes stacked separately told that all these mangoes have been ripened using Kallu. He used to charge the right price and explain the reason for such high rates, and if they accept and willing to pay, he provides them the mangoes that have been ripened naturally. But he sells those that ripened using artificial means when customers intent on reducing prices.
The Health Officer in City says people consume such artificially ripened mangoes can develop abdominal pain and some from gastric irritation, loose motion giddiness and vomiting.
The Chennai Corporation Commissioner says that they have been regularly raiding mango merchants and destroying the ones that have been ripened artificially. If Public any how come to know the offence they can lodge a complaint by calling 1913.
