Banana Milk Shake Recipe
Ingredients
Bananas 2
Cardamom – 2
Milk 1 lit.
Sugar – 10 tablespoon
METHOD
Peel the Banana and smash them in to a paste. Powder cardamom grains. Put the smashed Bananas, sugar, cardamom powder and milk in a mixer grinder and grind them well. Refrigerate the Milk shake and serve with ice or without ice to your family.
Bananas are very good for health. Bananas are easily digestible. It gives good remedy for Constipation problem. Daily intake of Bananas gives many benefits and it is suitable for all age group people including children and aged people.
