10 Tips for Healthy Life
1. Eat well in morning, moderate at Noon, minimum at Night
2. Eat lot of vegetables and fruits (except banana)
3. Carrot is a good vegetable that will gradually reduce your weight
4. Reduce your fat /oil intake
5. Minimum ½ an hour walk is a must
6. Do some simple exercises
7. Drink lot of water (at least 2 liters) during Day time
8. Avoid three Whites if your age is more than 40. -
1) Sugar, 2) Salt 3) Ghee
9. Drink 2 glass of butter milk daily
10. Do some meditation (Yoga/Meditation)
The above tips are simple to follow. It will give you a refreshing look, health life, etc. Try to do this.

Kamal's next film with Director Mysskin ?
Kamal's Unnaipol Oruvan is almost finished and will be hitting the theaters shortly. In the meanwhile the latest news is that two big Directors were approached by the actor for any new scripts. They are none other than the Directors Gajini famous A.R.Murugadoss and Mysskin. Most probably the latter may join hands with Ulaganayagan.
Recently, Kamal Hassan witnessed "Anjaathey" on DVD and very much attracted the story and Editing of the film with its screen play. He then praised the Director Mysskin. A thoroughly over-enthusiastic Director invited Kamal to witness "Nandalala" of course the movie is yet to come to theaters. Kamal was completely overwhelmed by the film. According ti the Director everything is shaping well and hoped he would do a film with the legendary actor.

Tips to reduce weight / smiple exercises
We have all read so much about dieting and losing weight but the whole thing boils down to the fact that you require determination to lose weight or maintain it, and the will power to resist overeating. So never go for a crash diet. It will spoil your complexion and affect the hair, eyes, teeth and the general tone of the body, muscles, especially of the face. Here are some simple exercises you do regularly.
1. Walk 1/2 an hour daily in the morning or evening.
2. Stand straight with hands on your waist and toes slightly apart. Bend slightly forward from you waist and make circles clockwise and anti-clock wise by keeping your waist as the center of the circles. About twenty circles once a day are good enough.
3. Sit on the ground. Keep your toes apart and touch your left toe with the right hand and then the right toe with your left hand. If done properly, you will feel the pull on your sides.

Solar eclipse on 22nd July
On 22nd July, Wednesday, there will be a total solar eclipse. It will be visible in India. On that day you cannot see the Sun with naked eye. It will harm you eyes. In the 21st century this solar eclipse is the longest. It will take 6 minutes and 39 seconds.
Some people say there will be earthquake or Tsunami on 22nd July. Some say Singapore, Australia, Malaysia will badly affect on this day.
It is advisable to be away from sea on 22nd July. Kindly watch to children and not allow them to go outside. Children Can't understand even if you explain the reason why you have told them not to see the Sun. Better keep them in home and enjoy watching T.V.

Preparation of Appam
Bananas, Peeled mashed 2
Grated coconut 1
Maida 2 cups
Grated Jaggery 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
cardmom powder 1/2 tsp.
Ghee / Oil for frying
Mix all ingredients except ghee. Add water to make a loose batter. Heat Oil. drop small balls of mixture in it and fry till golden. Drain and remove. Your favorite Appam is ready to eat.
You can add small pieces of cashew nuts in it. It will give superb taste. This appam is the favorite for many children. It will take 15 minutes to prepare this dish. You can serve it in the evening snacks time.

Kandasamy releasing date confirmed as August 7th
Finally Kandasamy releasing date is announced. The much awaited film Vikram’s Kandasamy is going to released in August 7th. Advertisements are coming in all the leading newspapers. Abirami Ramanathan got the Chennai city rights and it will be released in Mayajaal, Udayam, Abhirami, Sathyam, Devi complex, Melody and Maharani.
Kandasmy – Vikram’s much awaited film is directed by Susi Ganesan. Kalipuli S.Thanu is the Producer. Devi Sri Prasad is the Music Director for the film. Four songs in the film are in Vikram’s voice. All songs are super hit. The audio release function held on 17th May. Huge amount is collected through audio sales. “Excuse Me Mr.Kandasamy” is the favorite Song in F.M. Radio.
Vikram different make up is the highlight of this film. Shreya is the lady lead in the film. Vivek, Y.G.Mahendra, Santhanam are coming in important roles.

Preparation of Mango Milk Shake
Banganapalli Mango - 1
Sugar 5 tps
Milk 1/2 lr.
First wash the Mango. Peel the skin of the fruit and liquidize the mango pulp. Add sugar and blend. Add chill milk. Then put it in Fridge. Serve it chill. This is a delicious drink. If your child is not taking milk, you can try this. This is a favorite drink for all age groups.
Anybody is a diabetic patient in your Home, you can give it without adding sugar. They will enjoy it. This is a superb drink in Summer. In Hotels they will charge Rs.50 and above for a glass of Mango Milk Shake. If you prepare it in Home for Rs.50 you can serve to your entire family. Try it and enjoy.

Sreedharan's resignation not accepted by Delhi CM
DMRC chief E Sreedharan told that he was solely responsible for the Delhi Metro bridge collapse.He felt so sad that he resigned his job.However Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit had different plans and she did not accept the resignation stating that he was not solely responsible for the incident and told that his services where required and now he cannot leave this problem which right now on a very pathetic situation.
Sheila Dikshit Delhi CM had to take this decision because Sreedharan services where very critical and his resignation would hamper the commencement of the Common Wealth games next year.So he is back to duty.Sheila Dikshit also made it clear that there will be a four member committee which will decide who will probe into the cause for the incident and submit the reason and then further action will be taken on them.
Even I stand by what Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit has done since in such a bad situation you need someone experienced like E Sreedharan to tackle the problem and he simply giving a resignation would not be the solution.I feel he has to change the situation and silence his critics.

Simple exercises - bulky stomach
Here we discuss about how we can bring the protruding stomach in to normal. If we do some simple exercises
1. Sleep on your stomach.
2. Try and hold your stomach in whenever or wherever you can. This will train your muscles to remain tight always.
3. Lie on the bed with hands on the sides. Try to get up very slowly without taking any support. Then lie down again very gradually. If you are doing this exercise well you will feel the stretch on your stomach.
4. Lie down flat on the ground or on the bed, with hands on the side. Lift both your toes about 18 inches from the ground to the count of ten. Then let go gradually. Repeat this ten times only.

Aloo Shak recipe
Large Potatoes - 3 (Peeled, cubed)
Grated Coconut ground finely - 1 cup
chilli powder - 1 tsp.
cummin seeds and turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
Oil - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp.
First heat the oil in Kadai and put cummin seeds, when the seeds pop, add curry leaves and add potatoes and chilli powder and tumeric powder. Add 2 cup of water and cook till soft. Add sugar and salt. After few minutes add coconut mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot with Puri and Chappathis. Your delicious Aloo Shak is ready to eat.

Roshni Nadar has been appointed as the new CEO of HCL company.HCL is the fifth largest IT company with so many employees.Roshni Nadar the daughter of Shiv Nadar the former CEO of HCL is a MBA graduate form the Kellogg University, Illinois.She first worked as a generalist and she was the on who was very close when the war in Iran took place and she had taken some live coverage on that.
Shiv Nadar the CEO of HCL confirmed that Roshni will be taking care to HCL Corporation alone and she wil not involve herself to the day to day activities that take place in the HCL Technologies as well as the HCL Infosystems.When asked her how does she feel she said that she was very grateful to her father and will do her best

Petrol and diesel price increased by Rs 4 and Rs 2 respectiveley
Thr price of petrol and diesel have been hiked.The price of petrol has been increased by Rs 4 and the price of diesel has been increased by Rs.2.Petroleum Minister Murli Deora officially made an announcement on this after consulting the news with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.This hike in the price would come in to effect from today night.
The Petroleum Minister Murli Deora however confirmed that the price of kerosene and LPG would remain the same.This is done though there is a loss in revenue so that poor people will not be badly hit by this rise.Minister also said that this raise is mainly because of the loss in revenue for the oil companies.
