Preparation of Appam



Bananas, Peeled mashed 2
Grated coconut 1
Maida 2 cups
Grated Jaggery 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
cardmom powder 1/2 tsp.
Ghee / Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients except ghee. Add water to make a loose batter. Heat Oil. drop small balls of mixture in it and fry till golden. Drain and remove. Your favorite Appam is ready to eat.

You can add small pieces of cashew nuts in it. It will give superb taste. This appam is the favorite for many children. It will take 15 minutes to prepare this dish. You can serve it in the evening snacks time.
