West Virginia Mine explosion killed 7 and 19 miners missing
According to latest reports, on Monday around 3 p.m., an explosion took place at the Coal Mine owned by Massey Energy Company at West Virginia. Rescuers are searching to 19 missing miners. In the explosion seven miners were killed and 20 miners were injured. In the explosion inside the mine, all communication lines were destroyed and it is not possible to get any information. A mine safety officer said that near the blast site there were two rescue chambers and if the trapped miners could manage to reach the rescue chambers, they could survive for 4 days with the stocked, water food and available air.
