It's amusing how writers think out of the box and come out with some funny titles.... And one such is this one - 'Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana'. Sounds indeed funny, na? And can you guess whose project is it? It is none other than Anurag Kashyap's, the man who wrote success with his realistic, well-acclaimed films 'Dev D' and 'Udaan'.
The noted filmmaker along with UTV Spotboy is next gearing up to present a fun-filled, family entertainer; which as mentioned, is titled 'Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana' (LSTCK). While Anurag turns creative producer for the movie, the comedy masala is reported to launch Sameer Sharma as director. It will have Kunal Kapoor and Huma Qureshi in the lead roles, besides other prominent actors.
LSTCK revolves around a typical Punjabi family - lively, adorable, dramatic - and as the title denotes, the concept deals with the secret recipe of a famous chicken curry called 'Chicken Khurana'. The story of this mad caper is penned by Sameer Sharma and Sumit Batheja
Amit Trivedi, the composer of 'Dev D' and 'Udaan', will do the music for LSTCK.
While the movie went on floors in Punjab last week, the makers are planning to release it in mid 2012.
Hmmmm sounds yummy too, well, let's wait for this masaledar tadka of Anurag Kashyap....
