Andrea Jung, Chairman and CEO of Avon Products- Andrea Jung, a graduate of Princeton University, joined Avon Products, Inc. in 1994 as president, product marketing for Avon U.S. She was elected president, global marketing, in 1996, an executive vice president in 1997, president and a director of the company in 1998, chief operating officer from 1998 to 1999, chief executive officer in 1999 and chairman of the board in 2001.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Jung was President and Chief Operating Officer, with full P&L responsibility for Avon’s business units worldwide. From 1996 to 1998, she ascended to senior level positions within Avon’s product marketing group, where she oversaw research and development, market research, strategic planning, joint ventures and alliances. Ms. Jung joined the company in January 1994 as President, Product Marketing Group, Avon U.S.
Before joining Avon, Ms. Jung was Executive Vice President at Neiman Marcus from 1991 to 1993, responsible for accessories, cosmetics and women’s, intimate and children’s apparel. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, General Merchandising Manager, at I. Magnin from 1987 to 1991.

Susan M. Ivey, CEO of Reynolds American, Inc.- Susan Ivey is president and chief executive officer of Reynolds American Inc., as well as president of RAI Services Company. She was chairman of Reynolds American from Jan. 1, 2006, to Oct. 31, 2010, but remains a member of the board until she retires on Feb. 28, 2011. She became president, chief executive officer and a director of Reynolds American in January 2004. She became president of RAI Services in January 2010. She also served as chairman of RAI’s largest subsidiary, R.J. Reynolds, from July 2004 through April 2008.
