Actress Kangna Ranaut is highly upset with the news appearing in some sections of the media stating that she was 'falsely claiming' to have been approached by an international fashion brand, allegedly that of Paris Hilton's, for an endorsement.
With reports alleging that the actress interacted with Paris through Adhyayan Suman, the actress is all the more miffed.
Gitika Taraporewala, the actress' publicist says, "Kangna is very upset with all the rumours that have been floating around in the media. She is a successful star with many hit films to her credit and surely does not need falsities to keep her in the news! She is miffed with all those people who are spreading untruths about her."
Carving Dreams, an agency that represents many leading B-town stars for their endorsements, also represents Kangna. It has an e-mail as proof of the actress being approached for an endorsement by an international clothing line, but have gone on to say that neither the actress nor her agents have ever met Paris Hilton nor has the actress commented on this issue herself.
Says a spokesperson from Carving Dreams, "Kangna was approached by an international fashion brand for a one-year endorsement, long after the cessation of Kangna's relationship with Adhyayan. Upon receiving the e-mail, Ms Ranaut's manager had a telephonic conversation with the agency and the agency confirmed that this is the launch of Paris Hilton's clothing line. However, the matter did not go forward for various reasons, including the actresses' own ambition of starting her own fashion line."
