Kim Kardashian has splashed out almost $300,000 on a new car.

The reality TV star picked up a white Ferrari 458 in Los Angeles yesterday (03.10.11) and the vehicle retails from $273,917 but it is thought she splashed out on lots of expensive extras.

Kim is currently in her hometown of Los Angeles after spending time in New York with husband Kris Humphries and admitted she was pleased to be back.

Before picking up the luxurious motor, she tweeted: "There truly no place like home! (sic)"

It seems money is no object to Kim and Kris and they recently moved into a luxury home in New York.

The couple - who married in August - are now living in the presidential penthouse at the Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue and the abode has its own private deck with a dining area and patio heaters, as well as three en-suite bedrooms. It also provides panoramic views over the city and east river.

The couple are set to spend around three months at their first marital home - which is reportedly costing around $7,000 a night - which will be an ideal base for the 30-year-old beauty, who will film a new reality TV series with her sister Kourtney, entitled 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York', in the city.

This weekend, American socialite Kim Kardashian for the first time was introduced to the magic of Bollywood films. On Saturday, she got several movies starring Shah Rukh Khan from her friend Sheeraz Hasan, and this followed on Sunday with a batch of Salman Khan movies.

And by the end of the day, Kim had made up her mind she wanted to act in a movie with Salman. A couple of days ago, Kim had tweeted, http:// Sheeraz.com just sent me some Bollywood Movies starring Shahrukh Khan. Can't wait to watch them!!!" When we spoke to Hasan, founder and chairman ofsheerazinc.com , he revealed that the reason behind Kim's new found interest in Bollywood. "Kim is very interested in doing a Bollywood film, and over the last 12 months, she has been approached by various Bollywood producers who wanted her to do a dance number in a few Bollywood films. Kim and I discussed it and we thought it would be a great idea, but her schedule has been really packed lately. My phone has been ringing non-stop. She really wants to get into a Bollywood movie now. She asked me for names of people that she could debut with and there can be no one besides Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. For SRK, I have sent her movies like "Veer Zara", "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi", "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai", "Kal Ho Na Ho" and "Don", while for Salman Khan, I sent her "Dabangg", "Hum Aapke Hain Kaun", "Maine Pyaar Kiya" and "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam"."" After watching the movies, and reading the bios that he sent her about the stars, Hasan says Kim wanted to work with Salman first. Says Hasan, ""Because of his body of work and the humanitarian work that he does, and also his global stature at the moment, Salman she'll probably be more inclined towards Salman right now.""

Hasan, who is also the founder and chairperson of Millions of Milkshakes, the place where a Mallika Sherawat milkshake was launched earlier this year, is planning to bring Kim to India next year for the launch of his milkshake bar. He tells DT, "When Malika came to Millions of Milkshakes, she generated a media storm in Hollywood. Now, on October 14, Kim is launching Millions of Milkshakes at the Dubai mall for us, and our local partners Emirates Hospitality. And the next destination inshallahwill be Bombay, possibly early next year. There is a very big group in India, which has asked me to bring the milkshake bar to India. So, we are trying to make sure that we can bring Kim for the launch of this next year. We'll be looking at creating the Kim Kardashian Bollywood shake now."

Kim Kardashian may now be a married woman who wants children of her own, and today got a taste of parenting life on a family trip to an aquarium. 

The 30-year-old reality star enjoyed some time away from New York City yesterday when she, sister Kourtney and nephew Mason Dash Disick took a field trip in Mystic, Connecticut. 

From the sound of things, the brunette beauty had a fabulous time away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, though she may have not have been dressed entirely appropriately to play with marine animals. 

She wore a floor-length, brightly-coloured paisley dress with a gaping neckline; a brown belt accentuated her tiny waist.

While her dress may have had a 'mystical' flair, her outrageously high heels must have made walking nearly impossible. 

Still, the newlywed seemed to have had an amazing time, if her tweets were any indication. 


'Drove out to Mystic, CT & took Masey to the Aquarium here! I love it here! We touched penguins, sharks, sea lions & even a whale!!!' she wrote.

Kim Kardashian's car was pulled over Wednesday, for a safety check in Times Square, NYC. Did the local police think she might be a terrorist? A gun-toting mobster? Who could tell, through all that smoky glass? "The cops were doing random checks of suspicious vehicles and pulled over Kim's car because the windows were tinted, an eyewitness to the situation reported, in a Life & Style exclusive. "Scott (Disick) rolled down the window in the back and said hello. The cop immediately recognized him, Kim and Kourtney and let them go without a check!" The cop was, he announced, a "big" fan.

Well, that makes sense. What did watchers expect him to do to Kim Kardashian's car—take apart the seats or search the trunk? After all, the point of the vehicle stop was to find out who was inside and what they might have been up to. Did pot smoke roll out the open window? Did the bomb-sniffer dogs go berserk? No? Then no problem.

Kim Kardashian and clan are all familiar figures on the New York scene. Once their identity had been established, the police had no further reason to detain the ladies or Kourtney's baby-daddy, Scott. This doesn't really qualify as special treatment. But it's always true that celebrity status helps with the, "May I see some I.D., please?" stuff. That's a mixed blessing, since it can work both ways, if the celeb is actually breaking the law.

Meanwhile, the real question is—why were the Kardashians on their way to the Bowlmor Lanes, as they stated, right there in Times Square. Kim Kardashian at a bowling alley? Suspicious behavior, all right.

$20m sale offer for Kim Kardashian’s sex tape turned down by right owners

London: Kim Kardashian’s sex film that she made with singer Ray J five years ago is not going to the market, as Vivid Entertainment, who currently own the rights to the adult movie, has declined a 20million-dollar offer to sell it.

According to TMZ.com, an anonymous buyer was trying to buy the tape but Vivid said that they have rejected the offer because it wasn’t big enough.

“We were offered 20 million dollars for the Kim tape but have decided that we are going to hang on to it... for now,” the Daily Mail quoted Vivid boss Steve Hirsch as saying.

“Although the offer that we ultimately received was substantial, when I realised it wasn’t Kim it became less appealing.

“Kim is a superstar and if it were to be sold, it should be to her,” he added.

Earlier this year the explicit footage became public when it was leaked online.

Kim Kardashian proved she could take a joke when she appeared in a skit while dressed as Princess Leia. 

The US reality TV star joined forces with Kanye West when she donned the character's iconic gold bikini and braided locks in buns for a funny musical sketch.

Kim, 30, looked great in the revealing Princess Leia costume, showing off her curvy but toned, tanned figure. 

The clip she features in was meant to be part of Kanye's new muppet show, Alligator Boots, which he made with hip hop star Rhymefest.

It sees Kim, who recently wed Kris Humphries, serenaded by a crude muppet while a shocked Kanye looks on.

But the footage, which was released online yesterday, will never make it onto screens because the show failed to be commissioned. 

It emerged the same week that Kim was mocked live on air by a US news anchor, who made fun of her and her sister Kourtney's voices and big shoulder pads after interviewing them. 

 

Kim Kardashian Snubs Sister-in-Law Model Kaela Humphries

Kim Kardashian's sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner aren't the only models in her family--her sister-in-law Kaela Humphries also rocked the runway at Fashion Week. Unfortunately, Kim and her sisters majorly snubbed their new family member.

It would seem that Kaela would be a welcome addition to the Kardashian clan--she works in the world of fashion, and she's got a camera-ready face. However, Kim might be a little suspicious of the plus-sized model.

Kaela accompanied Kris Humphries to the Fashion Week shows that Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner walked in, but it seems that Kim and her sisters decided that Kaela Humphries' show wasn't worth watching.

Kris' sister walked in the same Richie Rich & Svedka's Popluxe fashion show as Kirstie Alley and Coco (who suffered a major wardrobe malfunction), and Kim Kardashian and her sisters were reportedly supposed to be there. Kris Humphries was spotted making frantic cellphone calls before the show, so maybe he was trying to figure out where his wifey and her cohorts were.

Of course the fact that Kim Kardashian's husband was abandoned by his wife at Fashion Week could certainly signify that there really is trouble in paradise. Or maybe Kim just snubbed Kaela Humphries because she's afraid that Kris' pretty sister is trying to capitalize on her new familial connections.

If Kaela has the same odd sense of humor as her brother, it wouldn't be surprising if Kim and her siblings dislike her. Kim and her sisters might let Kris get away with comments about Lamar being gay; Kim's butt being fake; and Kourtney and Scott needing to be more intimate because Kim is married to him, but it's really hard to see them accepting that kind of talk from another female (they would perceive it as a true attack then).

Then there's the possibility that Kim was just trying to create some drama for one of her shows by snubbing Kris' sister (since the whole Kardashian family seems to be at Fashion Week, there have got to be cameras following them).
