It was Shammi Kapoor's earnest desire to see the release of Imtiaz Ali's ROCKSTAR, the first and now the only film that teamed up the legend with grandson Ranbir Kapoor.

Alas, that was not to be as the cruel hands of fate snatched away the Yaahoo star on 14th August 2011. But we are sure Shammi ji will be smiling in his heavenly abode while watching ROCKSTAR hit the silver screens on 11th November 2011.
